Magnet is a global network of advertising agencies, so their recruitment materials had to speak specifically and poignantly to a marketing-savvy group.
A series of mailings was developed that allowed for easily updated case studies, ever-changing meeting agendas, and a personal note from the executive director. Clear cellophane mailers were used to entice recipients to open the packages.
The voice was that of an agency insider–edgy but also informative, upbeat, and collaborative.
