RAD, the Regional Asset District of Allegheny County, requested an annual report with "stand-out" appeal that could also be mailed using a standard envelope. Incorporating multi-source photography was also a key consideration.

The solution was a modified accordion fold combined with contrasting pattern accents to create an energetic and interactive reader experience that also exemplified the client-directed theme of "Engagement."

A coordinating rack card (not pictured) was also produced.
